At the Cap d'Agde restaurant "Le Terrisse" he was the Head Chef with the staff of 6 during the busy summer season and maintained the restaurant humming during the off-season. A French Chef, with 17 years culinary experience, 10 years of which he has been delighting the palates of luxury barge clients, Sylvain is a treasured addition to our Meanderer team. He is incredibly versatile and has a passion for quality!
We are thrilled to have Sylvain join us this year with his wife Kate. We know that he will consistently exceed guests expectations!
